Information collected by Mapster
This web application or website uses Mapster, a customer feedback and survey solution provided by Mapster ("Mapster"). Mapster uses cookies and local storage, which are data stored on your device, to remember responses already submitted and to manage your session.
Some information about your use of this web application or website will be transmitted to and stored by Mapster on secure servers.
Mapster will store the following information based on your usage:
- Email address (if provided in a survey response)
- IP address (hashed, used for duplicate submission prevention)
- Geographical location (based on IP address)
- Time of visit
- Page URL where the survey was displayed
- Device type and browser, based on the user agent string
- Survey responses and any custom fields or attributes passed by this website
- A randomly generated visitor ID stored in local storage for session tracking
Mapster will use this information to link survey responses to contextual data, for analysis of feedback, and to generate reports in the Mapster dashboard. Mapster will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Mapster.

Cookies & Local Storage
The Mapster widget uses the following browser storage:
Local Storage
Stores a randomly generated visitor ID (UUID v4) and records which surveys have already been answered to prevent duplicate submissions. No personal information is stored.
Session Storage
Used for session-level tracking to manage survey display frequency (e.g., show once per session). Cleared when the browser tab is closed.
